Recently I went around Watsons to find any stuff that I needed. Walked around for a bit and stopped by a section with products for the eyes. These immediately caught my attention and I knew I had to try it.
It was Faith In Face's Eye Am Not Tired Eye patch for those eye bags. The colorful packaging caught my attention and I also loved their tagline "Prevent your panda look". Because who wants to look like a panda right?
The back of the box had instructions in English that was pasted over the original Korean instructions. It has said that the eye masks help to soothe, moisturize, reduce under-eye dark circles, puffiness, wrinkles and fine lines.
In the box, there are 4 packs or sets in it.
Let's give it a try!
After opening the pack, there are 2 pieces of wet hydrogel eye masks.
Me putting on the gel masks under my eyes.
The instructions are pretty simple. After cleansing your face, peel off the thin film from the mask and apply it under the eyes. Then, peel of the white film on the outer side. Leave it on for 30 minutes and after that, you can peel them off. Don't forget to pat the remaining essence using your fingertips after removing the patch to ensure maximum skin absorption.
Me with the eye masks on. They were super soft and cooling too.
Now, let's see a before and after pic to see if there are any effects to my designer eye bags.
Before.
After!
To be honest, my eye bags were pretty bad so I couldn't really see any difference between the before and after picture. However, my under eyes did feel cool and moisturized during and after putting on the masks. I felt really relaxed after putting them on for 30 minutes.
So, if you want to rest your eyes after a long day at work, this could really help as it cools your under eyes. For instant eye bag relief though, it might not work. For those eye bags, I think what would help would be getting a good night's sleep and also some concealer during the day.
